01 · Build

Visual Block Builder

Author tests on a drag-and-drop block canvas. The platform saves a deterministic JSON test graph (`{ meta, settings, nodes[], edges[] }`) you can version-control and hand-edit when you need to. The block surface is built around six semantic operations — Set, Measure, Configure, Init, Get Infos, Reset — plus the control-flow primitives Loop, If, Parallel, Wait, Check and Log. Macros let you collapse repeated patterns into a single reusable block.

Drop-in Components & Live Updates

Every protocol, driver and inspection lives in its own component. Components ship as separate packages and can be activated, deactivated and updated without restarting the app. The license layer gates components by package — start small, add capabilities as your bench grows.

03 · Trace

Production Traceability

Products, batches, DUTs (Devices Under Test), operators and stations are first-class concepts in the data model. A configurable serial-pattern engine generates DUT serials with auto-continuation, and every test session is bound to a serial — ready for ISO 9001-grade documentation and per-DUT history queries.

04 · Connect

Multi-Protocol Support

Standard SCPI over TCP for instruments, raw CAN and CANopen via PCAN adapters, RS232/RS485 serial transports, and a fixture I/O surface for custom rigs (GPIO, measurement multiplexers, relay matrices). Modbus, GPIB and OPC-UA are next on the roadmap, all behind the same component contract.

Bench Instruments Built-in

A capability dispatcher gives every PSU, DMM and calibrator the same set of semantic blocks — swap the init block and the rest of the test stays unchanged. Today: Keithley 2110 DMM, Keithley 2280S PSU, TTi CPX400DP dual PSU. Coming next: Tektronix DMM40x0 and Hioki SS7012 calibrator.

Operator Runner & Inspections

A runtime UI built for the production floor: live measurements, step progress, pass/fail outcomes, and a golden-image library with a points-of-interest editor for visual checks. PDF reference assets attach to the same library, so an operator can pull up a datasheet or assembly drawing from inside the runner. Camera-based vision is on the roadmap.

07 · Report

PDF Reports & Custom Branding

Reports are generated from Jinja2 templates and stay self-contained — embedded charts, measurement tables, pass/fail summaries, all in a single file. Each customer or project can map to its own branding folder (template, stylesheet, logo); the editor lets you tune the template inside the app, with preview and atomic saves.
